The Pinata Pooch was created back in 2007 for a design competition by myself and a friend Steve Gummer. The pooch was one of the winners showcased at 100% Futures exhibition part of 100% Design in London. EPS Design Competition

Surf Explorer Boat

For long time I've wanted to have boat capable to explore long the coast to seek out hard to reach surf spots. I came across this photo a while a go but don't know any background to it apart from the guy's set up looks awesome, 13' Boston Whaler (I think), twin outboards, centre console and surfboard rack. It looks cold as he is fully rugged up with a beanie and hooded wetsuit. I love Boston Whalers and can even attest to their 'unsinkability' by having ripped the bottom clean off one and have it still motor on! Although not the greatest hull for rough conditions. photo by Jeff Divine

Super modified Fins

Swim fins are not the most comfortable things to wear. Pod fins are pretty good but my skinny feet need some extra padding. So I cut custom neoprene inserts and glued them in place with flexible rubber based cement and now my feet are much happier!

Mountain Bike Worlds

Some moan that the downhill course at Mount Stromlo is flat and too peddally, well I know for sure I couldn't ride some sections of it!! The guys and girls where flying down it but Peaty blazed it and claimed the crown for Britain. photos Will Sherman

mysterious al

Mysterious al prints and illustrations are great, I love the bold zombie/halloween style and colours. Its a shame I've run of wall space!! He's also done some fantastic work for Volvo, Levis....check out more of his work at Mysterious al

If you can't find one build one

I couldn't find a simple bed frame and one that we could store all our junk under. So I drew up a quick design and when off down the wood yard. Using around 9 metres of timber and less than a day to construct, the frame is simple to put together with coach bolts. There is very little waste from the 3m lengths as the legs and frame sections are cut from the same 3mx140x19 planks. The steel mid beam and sprung plywood slats are from Ikea to save time.

Jan Kaplicky - Architect Of The Future

I happen to come across this print for sale from the design museum in london. I don't know much about Jan Kaplicky but this print of his design for a pilot's dwelling called Project 15 looks awesome! Maybe I'll have to check out some more his works. via design museum
